Watermelon Smoothie


  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups watermelon
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1-2 Tablespoons honey , to taste


  1. Combine the milk, watermelon, strawberries, banana and 1 Tablespoon honey in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and add more honey if needed. Add more milk if you need to thin it out, or ice if you’d like it thicker.
  3. Enjoy immediately.


Tip: Freeze the watermelon if you’d like the smoothie extra thick and creamy.
