- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ teaspoon mint extract (and not peppermint extract)
- green food coloring
- Optional: Whipped topping and a maraschino cherry.
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a blender on medium-low speed, combine the vanilla ice cream, whole milk, and green food coloring until smooth.
NOTES
Use MINT extract, not peppermintUse regular green food coloring, pastel will not show up.
