Refreshing Watermelon Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup strawberries stems and leaves removed
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • fresh mint for garnish, if desired

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by rinsing first. Then, remove the leaves and stems from the strawberries.
  2. For the watermelon, cut into slices, then cut off the rind. Remove seeds from watermelon and cut it up into large cubes.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Add a cup of ice and blend again until smoothie thickens.
  5. Pour into your favorite glass, garnish with fresh mint (if desired) and enjoy!
