Ingredients for French Toast
- Bread from Carbonaut
- 1 egg or substitute 1 tsp of cornstarch
- 1 cup DF milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp DF butter
*Peanut Butter & Jelly and Banana
In a bowl mix the egg, sugar, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Make the peanut butter and jelly with a banana in the center. Add the butter to a skillet and warm up over med/low heat. Dip the sandwich carefully into the egg mixture quickly. Then place in the pan. Cook each side for 3 minutes or lightly golden brown.
*Mix 2 tbsp of sugar & 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Once the french toast is done, dip in the cinnamon/sugar mixture!
