PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, softened
  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar (powdered sugar)
  • 3-4 tablespoons milk or water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cream the peanut butter and butter in a medium bowl with an electric mixer.
  2. Add sugar, 3 tablespoons milk and the vanilla extract. Mix with an electric mixer on low for 1 minute. Increase the speed to medium and mix until well combined and fluffy.
  3. Add the additional tablespoon of milk if frosting needs to be thinned out.
