Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups ice cubes
- 1 1/2 cups strong coffee cooled
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/3 cup caramel sauce plus more for garnish
- 1 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
- Whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce. Serve immediately.
