- 1 Banana
- 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 Cup Old Fashion Oats, or quick oats
- 1-2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup, to desired sweetness
